This was a collaborative project between our facility and Atlassian aiming to develop a peer-to-peer feedback system. We use the word ‘Track’ as a pun to indicate the nature of feedback software is tracking employees’ performances and also, we really have a racing track in the app to stimulate users like they are in a competition. This project developed our perspectives about how should peers give proper and meaningful feedback to each other without arousing embarrassment and privacy issues. Besides the understanding of how apps run, display and interact across different platforms is also a goal of this project.
